Young performing artists, musicians and technicians in the program engage in an intensive rehearsal and performance process, learning both the artistic and technical standards and complexities in developing and performing a Broadway-level production.
To participate in the program, the young talent must go through a highly competitive audition process held in March/April each year. Audition notices are posted in newspapers across the State, including Backstage, and on this site under “Latest News” and in our “Newsletter.”
